Coaching sessions are in person and should be arranged no longer than one month after starting the course. To ensure booking times that work for you, book the four sessions now. The five coaching sessions must be used within 6 months from the purchase date.

• Weekly recorded module presenting the education and strategies. There are eight modules of about half an hour of content broken into accessible short videos.
